　　ICGEC 2019 is the 11th International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing. The　aim of this conference is to provide an internationally respected forum for scientific research in　the broad area of Genetic Computing (GC) and Evolutionary Computing (EC), and all associated　applications of GC and EC. 　　Selected　papers of the conference will be invited for further extensions and after peer-review, will be　published in a Special Issue of Journal of Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing　(JIHMSP, EI) or Data Science and Pattern Recognition (DSPR) journal.
